Inside

The small living room on the top floor.

Another view of the living room.

The cozy fireplace

View out our picture window in the living room. That's Gilman Playfield across the street.

The front door to our humble abode.

Dining room off the living room. Kitchen is through the door on the right.

An odd view of the kitchen.

This is a little sun room off the back of the house. It's sort of part of the kitchen too. Tough to describe. This view is looking back into the kitchen through a cut-out in the wall.

Another view of the sun room/kitchen, showing the door that exits onto the back deck. There are two skylights in this room.

"Master" bedroom.

Second bedroom.

Upstairs bathroom. Note the 1940s mint green tile.

Here's a little built-in bar or stereo cabinet near the base of the stairs. It's actually kind of rad.

Somehow, I managed to not take one good picture of the family room downstairs. But, thankfully, the ginormous TV reflects the room behind me. Be sure to check out the couch large enough for 10 people. (If you haven't noticed by now, the current owners have a penchant for oversized things.)

Here's a better shot of the family room showing the aforementioned ginormous couch.

Tucked in the corner of the family room is an office space.

It's the little conveniences that excite us. We also have dishwasher (ooohh...), garbage disposal (aahhh...) and 2nd bathroom (Get Out!).

The luxurious second bathroom.

With a new tile shower.
