Mountain biking Methow Valley
September 27, 2007
We had the trails all to ourselves, mid-week in late September. Eric pauses along the Methow River.
Jill likes biking!
Jill reads about local geology and finds herself skeptical. The big bridge behind her is part of the trail network -- awesome.
An unconventional way to cross Highway 20 -- the trail passes through a large culvert. (This connects Mazama to the Freestone Inn.)
Back at the Mazama Country Inn where we rented the bikes, Jill tortures the local cat, Harley.
A couple of extras here: this is our basic but wonderful cabin at Pearrygin Lake State Park just outside of Winthrop.

And here's Jill in the little kitchen inside.
